ORDERS WITHIN INDIA

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise.

Return will be initiated within 4 days of delivery. Once the return is received, you will be contacted for further diligence.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and will be reflected in your mode of payment within 3 to 5 business days. If you place a Cash on Delivery order, we would require your bank details to transfer the money back to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return
